Accessibility statement
Voiczer is committed to making our website, dashboard, and mobile app usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation.
Our standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced by accessibility laws in the United States and Canada. This is an ongoing effort rather than a completed certification — some pages and features may not yet fully meet every guideline.
What this covers
This statement applies to our marketing website, the web dashboard, and the mobile app. It does not cover documents you generate and send to your customers (quotes, invoices, and job notes) — the accessibility of that content depends on what you enter and how your customer's device or software renders it.
Report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier using our website, dashboard, or app, please tell us. Include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using, if any. Email support@voiczer.com and we will look into it and work to address it.
